The first couple of weeks back to school can often leave kids AND parents exhausted at the end of the day. This is normal as everyone gets used to the 'routine' of school, homework, activities etc. Don't let this discourage you or let it be a reason for your child to skip a practice or training session. The best way to get used to something.....is to do it! By allowing a child to miss a practice because they're "tired" or "not up for it" is sending the wrong message to them!
