Training Observations

Training observations - One must have the ablility to accept your limitations and work with them, intstead of letting them guide your training.

If your joints are limited due to some type of permanent issue, and you're trying to "kick to the head" and only end up frustrating yourself, it is better to accept that your kicks are only going to be "so high" and then work to improve those kicks and make them the strongest you can!

Accepting this will ultimately lead to quality for YOU!
